Video Production + Storytelling

I failed my video class in college, but now it's the love of my life. I truly enjoy all facets of video production from budgeting to ideation, securing crews to COIs, directing talent, and managing post-production timelines. I love to see concepts come to life, and am a passionate storyteller.

Write a thank-you card for your favorite science teacher! https://www.dosomething.org/thanks Beyond everything else they do for students, American teachers spend over $1.6 BILLION a year (of their own money!) on classroom supplies. For science teachers, new lab equipment is especially important for learning and especially expensive to buy.
Research proves that the presence of law enforcement doesn't create a safer school environment. Know what does? Positive relationships between students, staff, families and administrators. In schools around the country, "zero-tolerance policies" lead to suspensions and in-school arrests for minor misconduct.

Suspended for What?

Millions of students across the country are impacted by harsh and unfair school discipline for minor reasons. For students of color and students with disabilities, the statistics are even more alarming due to stereotypes, implicit bias and discrimination.

Give A Spit About Cancer

70% of people who need a bone marrow transplant rely on a complete stranger for a donation. Beyond that, black people and other people of color have a much harder time finding a donor match. By simply swabbing your cheek, you can join the Be The Match bone marrow registry.
